Place a parts order online or by phone. Returning an order or in need of hydraulic hose repair? Call ahead to let us know how we can help.
Head to your local Carolina Cat branch and give the branch a call when you arrive.
A member of our team will ask for your name, order # or service need, and a description of your vehicle.
A gloved associate will come out to you to either place your order in your vehicle for you, or take your order return or hose drop-off.
For a fully contact-free experience, we are accepting card payments over the phone.
